DR. WOO SIK YOO, PRESIDENT, CTO and CO-FOUNDER
  Dr. Woo Sik Yoo, President and Chief Technical Officer, has over 20 years of professional experience in semiconductor processing and equipment design. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed papers and holds more than 50 US patents for semiconductor process and characterization concepts and inventions. Before founding WMI he was Senior Product Technologist and Marketing Manager at Mattson and held researech positions at ATMI, Novellus Systems and Lam Research. Dr. Yoo holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Kyoto University in Japan, as well as an M.B.A. from Western Connecticut State University. Dr. Yoo was the recipient of the Solid State Devices and Materials Award (SSDM) in the year 2005.
   
JAMES SCHRAM, CHAIRMAN
  James Schram is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of WaferMasters. He has more than 20 years of top management experience guiding high technology companies during high growth phases of their development. As President of Watkins Johnson Company's Semiconductor Equipment Group, he lead this leading supplier of CVD processing equipment as it grew from $50M in revenue to nearly $250M in only three years. In addition he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors for Ultratech Stepper. Jim holds a Masters Degree in physics from Cornell University and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with High Honors in physics in 1969.

DR. HIROSHI HARIMA
  Professor, Dept. of Electronics and Information Sciences at Kyoto Institute of Technology in Japan. Prof. Harima is currently doing research on various topics regarding the physics, structure, characteristics and measurements of semiconductor materials and processes.
   
DR. MASAHIRO YOSHIMOTO
  Professor, Dept. of Electronics at Kyoto Institute of Technology in Japan. Prof. Yoshimoto is currently researching the applications photoluminescence in industrial applications as well as a variety of topics in semiconductor materials and processes.
