DR. WOO SIK YOO, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
  Dr. Woo Sik Yoo, President and Chief Technical Officer, has over 15 years of professional and academic experience in semiconductor processing and processing equipment. He has authored over 120 peer-reviewed papers on rapid thermal processing, material characterization, dielectric PECVD and wide band gap compound semiconductors. Before joining WMI, he was Senior Product Technologist and Product Marketing Manager at Mattson Technology, a research and process engineer at ATMI, Novellus Systems and Lam Research. He was a visiting scientist of materials science and engineering department at Brown University. Dr. Yoo hold s a B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Dongguk University, Korea, M.S. and Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from Kyoto University, Japan, as well as an MBA degree from Western Connecticut State University.
   
TARO YAMAZAKI, CO-CHAIRMAN AND FOUNDER
  Taro Yamazaki, Co-Chairman is responsible for Worldwide Sales and Business Development. He has 20 years of management experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturers in Japan and the United States. Prior to founding WaferMasters, he served as Director of Market Development for Mattson Technology, a leading rapid thermal processing company with sales of $250M. Taro also served as General Manager of Export for Marubeni International Electronics. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Ashikaga Institute of Technology in Japan.
   
JAMES SCHRAM, CO-CHAIRMAN
  James Schram is the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of WaferMasters. He has more than fifteen years of top management experience guiding high technology companies during high growth phases of their development. As President of Watkins Johnson Company's Semiconductor Equipment Group, he lead this leading supplier of CVD processing equipment as it grew from $50M in revenue to nearly $250M in only three years. In addition he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors for Ultratech Stepper. Jim holds a Masters Degree in physics from Cornell University and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with High Honors in physics in 1969. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
   
SHINTARO FUJIMOTO, COO
  Shintaro Fujimoto, Chief Operating Officer, completed a 30-year career at Marubeni Corporation, including senior management positions, prior to joining WaferMasters. His experience includes management, strategic and financial planning and sales functions in both global semiconductor and non-semiconductor businesses. He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan.
